As the Head of Care Operations at Everself, Sojung leads the strategic and operational execution of a seamless, safe, and outcome-focused patient journey. She oversees the teams responsible for patient intake, care coordination, and health coaching, supporting patients from their first interaction through long-term follow-up. She strives to strengthen Everself’s mission by fostering a care environment grounded in empathy, clarity, and operational rigor, ensuring both patients and clinicians feel supported at every step of the experience.
Sojung’s career has been dedicated to the healthcare delivery space, where she has focused on improving patient experience, operational excellence, and clinical outcomes. She has held roles across CVS Health, Shields Health Solutions, and most recently One Medical, where she led employer health growth strategy and operations to improve access to high-quality primary care. She began her career in management consulting at L.E.K. and Bain and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering from MIT.
