I can’t say enough great things about Everself (formerly Bariendo). This program has truly been life-changing for me—I’ve lost 60 pounds, and I feel healthier and more confident than I have in years.

What sets Everself apart is the incredible support system. From day one, I never felt like I was going through the process alone. The encouragement, accountability, and genuine care made all the difference in staying consistent and motivated.

The medical team is equally outstanding. Dr. McGowan and his staff are knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in your success. Every question I had was answered with patience, and every step of my journey was guided with professionalism and care. It’s clear they are committed not just to weight loss, but to overall health and long-term success.

If you’re considering a program that combines real results with compassionate, expert support, I highly recommend Everself. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made
