Hello, My name is Oscar. I’m a 47-year-old man, husband, father to 3 beautiful children, and a proud veteran of the US Army. I’ve struggled with my weight for many years including when I was enlisted to service and with that being said I have tried many diets with no positive results, exercise did show results but in my case I pretty much had to live in a gym just to maintain my weight at a healthy level.
